Clean rooms, cool atmosphere, plentiful breakfast buffet, lovely pool, close to Old Market and Pub Street. Nice staff, kind and helpful. Good location, quiet area but still close to center. Great facilities, including free swimming pool. Well-located, close to cafes and restaurants. Good value for money, extended my stay.

Relaxing massage services and an outdoor pool awaited me at this hotel. I could feel the tension melt away as skilled hands worked their magic, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. It was like my cares were being gently washed away, leaving only peace and tranquility in their wake.
Shuttle service can be improved.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I liked having a balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Location was perfect , close to what I wanted to see/do.
The breakfast was very lacking, not much choice The coffee was really terrible and you had to pay for any extra cups at breakfast.I Actually went next door to a local spot for coffee!! The tea was ok. They did make me poached eggs on special request. I think travellers often rate a hotel on the breakfast quality and if they improved this and offered unlimited coffee/tea (most people like at least two cups as they are small) would greatly improve the attraction of this hotel. There was no fresh fruit or cereals on offer at breakfast either.

We stayed here 4 nights. I couldn't fault the place expect maybe breakfast was basic but that's to be expected. Hotel staff were more than accommodating. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Service is efficient. Room was spotless as was the pool and surrounding area. Pool was a nice size. The staff put 100% into everything they do. Very cheap for what you get. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I were to return I would stay here again.

I had a great time at this hotel! the location was extremely convenient, being close to major shopping areas. Secondly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and had a balcony, which was a nice bonus. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was spot on!

The old french colonial style hotel. Good location, cozy water pool. Good value for money.
The service is very poor. Three times wake up call was not in time. Room cleaning also was not in time.
